Ashuraa Program

This annual commemoration and honoring of one of the greatest heros of Islam takes Muslims on a journey hundreds of years back. The legend of Imam Husayn Ash-Shaheed [a] is remembered across the globe and has no exception across history. In honor of our Imam’s trials and tribulation the YMA holds a program that is hosted by a featured scholar who guides us over ten days, reliving the last moments of the lives of the Imam and his family and reviving the ideals for which he sacrificed everything.
